Complete Intake Forms
We are open from 10 am to 6 pm and see new patients 10 am to 4:30 pm weekdays Monday through Friday, to speak with one our team members and fill out your new patient paperwork. No appointment necessary!
Get Labwork done
Baseline records assess hormone levels are needed. Initial labs are drawn in clinic. We also accept lab work from the past 90 days and encourage sharing medical records from other providers.
Begin Treatment
One of our Nurse Practitioners will consult with you to create a tailored treatment plan. Our medical support team will also be on hand to address any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Depending on which therapy you are doing, medications can be administered in-clinic or will be delivered directly to you by mail.
